We promise the client that if any PBS visa application fails after we have taken responsibility and given our guarantee, then we will refund our fee in full. This commitment is put here in writing and is also written into our standard terms and conditions.

Notes
- Home Office handling charges - inside the UK - for Tier 1 (currently £840), Sponsors Licence applications (currently £3-400 for small sponsors, £1000 for large sponsors), Certificates of Sponsorship (currently £170), LTR (currently £475), ILR (currently £840), British Citizenship (£655) and PEO applications (£255 extra) are non refundable.
- Home Office charges differ for overseas applications and are payable in local currency. For those paid for by WPC on-line a charge of £30 is payable to cover currency exchange and bank charges.
- Our fees are plus home office handling charges and any advertising expenses that we may be instructed to perform.
- Our fees are subject to VAT at the current rate applicable.
- The same-day premium service charge includes the cost of UK Visas returning clients’ documents by the PO Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day Service.
